Space for you - 1:1 Coaching
NESC® is a body-oriented, nervous-system-friendly coaching method that works directly with the autonomic nervous system and combines neuroscientific insights with embodiment, psychology, mindfulness and consciousness work, to change deep-seated patterns not just at the level of understanding, but in the whole system.We work where lasting change is most clearly felt, in your body and in your nervous system.
I believe that development does not have to be perfect, it can be real, human and happen at your own pace.

Mindful & regulated through
everyday motherhood
This 8-week course was developed based on the MBCT mindfulness programme and tailored to the needs of mothers and nervous system regulation in everyday mother life.
In our weekly, approximately 90-minute online sessions, we dedicate each week to a different theme. You receive practical, short and simple tools for the turbulent everyday life of a mother — covering both mindfulness and nervous system regulation.
Together we strengthen safety, presence and self-compassion — step by step, in a loving, safe group space.
Choose your path
I offer coaching exclusively in packages because sustainable nervous system realignment takes time. Sessions take place every 2–3 weeks, adjusted to your needs. The coaching spans approximately 3 to 7 months depending on package size.
