    About me

    Hi, I am Zori

    I am nervous system coach for mothers with young children, supporting women in moving out of chronic tension, overwhelm, and survival mode and back into a place of inner calm, connection, and the ability to take action.My work combines body-based nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and embodiment so that change can be anchored sustainably in the body.As a single mother, I know the reality of exhaustion, mental load, and at the same time the deep desire for a loving family life from my own experience and that’s exactly where my support begins.
