    Nervous system and embodiment coach - and a mother who knows what overwhelm truly feels like.

    My story

    I know the difficulties of everyday motherhood very well from my own life

    After the birth of my daughter I was as a single mother overwhelmed and often very alone with many things. I tried, partly out of desperation, to find a balance between the responsibility I suddenly had, everyday life, the wish to be there for my child and my own needs.

    Over time, that very difficult period brought me to listen into my body and find there the long-sought healing and calm. Step by step I learned to feel what inner emotional safety feels like and I watched as my relationship with the world around me slowly shifted: I became calmer in my reactions, could regulate myself more quickly, trusted my body as a compass and began to meet myself with understanding.

    I spent many years intensively working on my own inner healing, personal development and various methods and tools. But the real turning point came only with emotional and nervous system regulation. I experienced how important it is not only to understand things in the mind, but step by step to embody what has been learned.

    Today I combine my own life experience with my professional foundation and a gentle, everyday focus on integrity and embodiment.

    Professional foundation meets lived experience

    Over many years I have worked intensively on my own inner healing, personal development and various methods and tools. I combine this foundation with a gentle, everyday focus on integrity and embodiment.

    Art Therapy degree (B.A.)

    My art-therapy studies form the creative foundation of my work and my attitude.

    Mindfulness Teacher MBCT + Trauma Sensitivity & Resilience

    Trained as a mindfulness teacher (MBCT) with additional qualification in Trauma Sensitivity & Resilience.

    Nervous System & Embodiment Coach (NESC®)

    Trained as a NESC® coach. Body-oriented coaching that works directly with the autonomic nervous system.

    15+ years experience in social work

    Years of professional practice accompanying people in challenging life situations.

    8+ years personal mindfulness practice

    My daily personal practice is the foundation for everything I offer.

    My approach

    Why the body is the way

    Do you know that feeling too? You\'re actually aware of your old patterns, but they keep coming up. These patterns that we learned at a young age are deeply anchored in our body, in our nervous system. The body reacts, even when we "know better" in our minds.This shows up in recurring conflicts with a partner, or in transgenerational patterns passed from parents to children, like self-doubt or low self-worth.
    Nervous system regulation can have a positive effect on most of these patterns and behaviours. When the body is in a more regulated state, the stress tolerance window expands and we are able to hold more within ourselves. Emotions and inner reactions are then less overwhelming and we have the capacity to tend to them. This is how we learn, step by step, to navigate difficult moments with more orientation and calm.Classical coaching often reaches only the mind. My work begins where lasting change is most clearly felt - in your body and your nervous system.It is not about performance or quick solutions. It is not about analysing or finding words for your topics. This coaching is a protected space where you can practise holding yourself and meeting yourself with gentleness. This is how safety, resilience and connection arise, within yourself and with those you love.
